ACT and Compassion Skills for ERP and OCD Recovery
On-demand training · 2.5 hours · 2.5 CPD hours · £60 · 6 months’ access · CPD certificate included
About this training
Even with good ERP, many clients get stuck. Rumination, emotional overwhelm, shame and resistance can all get in the way of recovery. This recorded workshop introduces a set of ACT and compassion-focused skills designed to help with exactly these challenges.
You’ll learn a progression of ACT tools that support ERP, ways to build motivation through values and self-compassion, and how to apply Values-Based ERP in practice. The training is hands-on, with practical exercises such as dropping anchor and urge surfing, and guidance on troubleshooting the barriers clients commonly hit.
